Outdoorscapes was founded by Clive Courtney who set up the company in 2003 after training at Merrist Wood. With qualifications in Landscape Construction, Horticulture and Garden Design, and over 12 years experience in the industry, I wanted to set up my own company with the sole intention of using my expertise to create beautiful gardens to our exacting standards.
Design approach
Our starting point is to listen closely to our clients' wishes and aspirations. We examine the site, paying special attention to its existing features. Hard and soft areas are designed to co-exist harmoniously. Materials are carefully chosen to compliment the existing architecture. Plants are selected to suit the locale, site specfics and mood of planting. The property's interior is also studied to create a smooth transition from inside to the outside space.
